Do you also offer chauffeur service outside Dubai?
Yes, we offer service all over UAE. We also offer Oman To and Fro.
Which car do you have available?
We always have car available for you. We have more than 250 cars in our fleet. You may see all of our car options in the fleet page.
Do you have stretched limousine?
Yes, we have.
How is the payment done?
You can pay cash directly to the driver, or pay using your credit card.
Do I need to pay in advance to reserve the car?
Good news! We may reserve the car for you even without advanced payment. You may pay cash directly to the driver.
How much does it cost to book for one way transfer, half day, or full day?
Rates will be sent to your email address. Just send us reservation form so we can get back to you as soon as possible. Rate starts for as low as AED 100.00 You may also inquire over the phone by calling us at +971 4 321 1140.
How is the pricing done?
Our clients have an option of booking the service for one way transfer only, return trip, 3 hour package within Dubai, 5 hour package, and 10 hour package.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours it will be free of charge.
If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours it will be charge 50% of the trip amount.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours it will be fully charge.
