How to book a chauffeur service?

Do you also offer chauffeur service outside Dubai?

Yes, we offer service all over UAE. We also offer Oman To and From.

Which car do you have available?

We always have a car available for you. We have more than 250 cars in our fleet. You may see all of our car options on the fleet page.

Do you have a stretched limousine?

Yes, we have.

How is the payment done?

You can pay cash directly to the driver, or pay using your credit card.

Do I need to pay in advance to reserve the car?

Good news! We may reserve the car for you even without advanced payment. You may pay cash directly to the driver.

How much does it cost to book for one one-way transfer, half day, or full day?

Rates will be sent to your email address. Just send us the reservation form so we can get back to you as soon as possible. Rate starts for as low as AED 100.00 You may also inquire over the phone by calling us at +9714321 1140.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:
• 72 hours or more prior to the booking – No cancellation fee.
• 48 hours to 72 hours prior to the booking – 50% of the trip amount will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours prior to the booking – Full charge of the trip will apply.
