Ahdab Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ahdab may collect and use personal information when people visit its website, ask for a quote, make a chauffeur booking, or arrange travel through a corporate account. It uses confirmed Ahdab contact and booking facts. A separate internal checklist at the end identifies operating details that still need confirmation before publication.

Who we are

Ahdab International Luxury Transport LLC (“Ahdab”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides chauffeur and luxury transport services from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When this policy applies

This policy applies when you use Ahdab’s website, contact Ahdab about a journey, submit a booking or quote request, or take part in a corporate booking arranged through Ahdab. It covers information about passengers, the person making a booking, and corporate booking contacts. A separate privacy notice may apply if a payment provider or another service collects information directly from you.

Ahdab aims to handle personal information in accordance with data-protection laws that apply to its activities, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data where applicable.

Information we collect

Contact and enquiry details

When you contact Ahdab or request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and the contents of your message.

Booking and journey details

To arrange or manage a trip, we may collect the service requested, preferred vehicle, travel date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger and luggage counts, route, flight or arrival details you provide, and instructions needed to coordinate the journey. Pickup and drop-off information is used to plan the ride. The website does not require continuous device-location tracking to receive a booking enquiry.

Corporate booking information

For a corporate account or a booking made for an employer or client, we may collect the company name, authorised booker and billing-contact details, passenger details, job or cost code, purchase-order reference, trip records, and invoice information. A person arranging travel for someone else should provide only the information needed to organise that journey and should tell the passenger about the booking.

Payment information

Ahdab’s published booking information currently describes cash payment to the chauffeur and credit-card payment. We may record the payment method, payment status, amount, refund or cancellation record, and transaction reference. If you pay by card or payment link, the payment provider used for that transaction may collect card or account details directly. The provider and the information returned to Ahdab depend on the production payment setup.

Website and device information

When you visit the website, the hosting platform and security tools may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security logs. The site may use cookies or similar technologies as described below.

Location search

Ahdab’s reservation project uses Google Places address autocomplete in the booking flow. When this feature is active, Google may process search text, location selections, and technical information under its own privacy terms. You can also contact Ahdab to arrange a journey without using address autocomplete.

How we use personal information

Ahdab uses personal information for purposes connected to the service you request, including to:

• answer enquiries, prepare quotes, and confirm whether a vehicle and chauffeur are available;
• plan, dispatch, provide, and manage a journey, including coordinating pickup details and flight information when you provide it;
• contact you about a booking, a change, a delay, a payment, a cancellation, or customer support;
• take payment, issue or reconcile invoices, process refunds, and maintain booking and accounting records;
• administer corporate accounts, authorised bookers, monthly invoicing, and the job, cost-centre, or purchase-order details supplied for a trip;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and reservation systems;
• respond to legal requests, meet legal obligations, protect Ahdab’s rights, and handle disputes or suspected fraud; and
• send promotional messages only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after you have given consent.

We use information only for the purposes communicated to you or another purpose permitted by applicable law. If a new purpose requires consent, Ahdab will request it before processing your information for that purpose.

Who may receive personal information

Ahdab may share the information needed for a specific purpose with:

• Ahdab’s booking, operations, dispatch, customer-support, and finance personnel;
• the chauffeur assigned to your journey, who needs trip and passenger-contact details to provide the service;
• the corporate booker, employer, or account contact who arranged or pays for the trip, where relevant to that booking;
• payment providers and banks involved in processing or confirming a payment;
• website, hosting, booking, communications, map, security, and technology providers acting for Ahdab;
• other transport or service partners when needed to fulfil a journey you request, including a cross-border journey, after the necessary arrangements are confirmed; and
• government authorities, courts, regulators, insurers, or professional advisers when disclosure is required or permitted by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Ahdab does not give a third party access to more information than is reasonably needed for its role. Where a provider processes information for Ahdab, Ahdab expects the provider to protect it and use it only for the agreed service, subject to the provider’s role and applicable law.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies to support basic site functions, security, forms, and reservation steps. If Ahdab enables analytics or advertising technologies, those tools may collect information about site visits and interactions. Ahdab should present a consent choice before using non-essential cookies where applicable law requires it. You can also manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential cookies may affect site functions.

International processing

Ahdab is based in the UAE. Some service providers may process information in other countries. If personal information is transferred across borders, Ahdab will use the transfer route and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. The countries and providers involved depend on the website, payment, hosting, and communications services active when you make a booking.

How long we keep information

Ahdab keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed to respond to you, manage a booking or corporate account, complete payment and accounting tasks, meet legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The period depends on the type of record and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer needed, Ahdab will delete it or remove identifying details where appropriate, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

How we protect information

Ahdab takes reasonable technical and organisational steps intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a personal-data incident occurs, Ahdab will assess it and make any notifications required by applicable law.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to ask Ahdab to provide information about personal data it holds about you, correct inaccurate details, restrict or stop certain processing, or erase information where the law permits. If processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. You can object to promotional communications at any time. A request will not affect processing that Ahdab must continue to meet legal obligations, complete a booking, or handle a claim.

To make a privacy request, email info@ahdabluxurytransport.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Include enough detail for Ahdab to understand and verify your request. Ahdab will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also have the right to raise a complaint with the competent UAE authority.

Promotional messages

If Ahdab sends promotional email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages, it will do so only where permitted by law and after obtaining consent where required. You can opt out using the unsubscribe method in a message or by contacting Ahdab. Ahdab may still send non-promotional messages needed to manage a booking, payment, or customer-service request.

Children

Ahdab’s website and booking services are directed to people arranging transport, not to children. A parent, guardian, or responsible booker may provide the minimum passenger information needed for a child’s journey. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the website unless it is needed to arrange that trip.

Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Those services have their own privacy notices and practices. Ahdab is not responsible for how an external service handles information you provide directly to it.

Changes to this policy

Ahdab may update this policy when its services, systems, or legal obligations change. The published version will show the date it was last updated. If a change materially affects how Ahdab uses information, Ahdab will provide additional notice where required by law.
